Welcome to Southampton Running Sisters, a women's running club based in Southampton and Eastleigh

  • We've been running since 1991 - over 20 years!
  • Membership is open to anyone over 18 years of age.
To learn more about joining us, take a look at the Join/Renew page.
  • We have over 100 members - some regularly run marathons, some prefer to stick to 5K or 10K, some simply enjoy running with company.
  • Our ethos is to enable women of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy running - whatever their speed or goals.  We pride ourselves on being a friendly, sociable and inclusive club.
  • We have regular weekly training sessions in both Southampton and Eastleigh.  There is no charge for these runs and members can take part in as many as they like.  The Programme page has all the details.
  • We also run beginners courses for women who want to start running.  Check the Beginners' page for more details.
  • Our runs are led by qualified Leaders and we have a strong team of Coaches.
  • We are affiliated to UK Athletics and we take part in local events.
  • Social events, annual training weekend and the opportunity to meet other runners - we do so much more than simply run!
